As a mother of four amazing children, I was drawn to life coaching as I studied to improve my own skills as a creator, a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, artist, and business owner. I love to create. My formal education included studying art in New York and London before earning a degree in Art History from Brigham Young University. My coaching career began when I became a certified life coach and then went on to earn additional certifications in faith-based coaching, human behavior design, habits coaching, and mindset & energetic alignment work.

Understanding human behavior is everything when it comes to my work as a coach in helping people thrive. We live in a world where we interact with money on a daily basis; we literally cannot reside in society today without it. It is, therefore, one of the best metrics we can examine to uncover our personal mindset and belief systems that ultimately affect our behaviors. As we come to understand ourselves, we can harness the power to change in any area of life.
